2018 Recipes You Can Try At Home

Some BuzzFeed readers recently shared the recipes of their favorite creations throughout the year. Here are some of those recipes.

1. Fusilli Lasagna

When I cooked lasagna, I used regular pasta rather than lasagna sheets. It had less grease and offered more flavor. While I used fusilli pasta, you can use nearly all types of pasta. You only have to put together everything and place it inside the over. It is now the lasagna I love the most.

10. Alsace Onion Tart

For Thanksgiving, I brought this Alsace Onion Tart to our family get-together. Since my in-laws are keen on unhealthy stuff, I had this vegetable dish to myself. I loved it so much, I finished it all. I made some adjustments to the recipe by using roasted butternut squash instead of bacon. The crust recipe also had half vodka that made it a soft, flaky, and utterly delicious. While I would normally feel bad if no one liked the dish I made, it was a different story this time around since I had this dish to myself.
